Refunds and Returns Policy
The below information sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the Ooh Betty Clothing online store.
Our Policy is for 14 days from the day it was delivered to you. You must let us know within the 14 days that you would like to return the garments to us. If it is over the 14 days then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
If you have ordered one of our standard dress sizes and want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive your goods).
If you have ordered a made to measure dress and had it custom made to your measurements/requirements then this is a non-refundable product.
Refunds:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and it must be in the original packaging. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the items are not received back in their original state, and unused then then a refund may not be granted.
Faulty Items:
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
Exchanges:
If rather than a refund, within the 14 days, you simply need a different size or would prefer to swap for a different print/style please contact us and as long as we have it in stock we are more than happy to exchange for you. The same returns policy applies – goods being sent back for exchange must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
We cannot guarantee how long an exchange may take, depending where in the world you are and whether it needs to be made to order for you.
Vouchers:
If an item you purchased was done so with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
Sale Items:
If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wherever possible please send your package tracked as we cannot guarantee it will reach us and this is the only way to ensure this.
